Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused components in their original retail packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and small parts are included.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the items are in new condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
